Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.


What if the item is not working?

Unfortunately due to the nature of electronic items, sometimes they arrive DOA. We are just really sorry it has happened
to you. It makes us sad.

Can I post - I just post it back to you?

We have different warehouses so please email customer services to make sure you get the right address. They also know the common problems with items and can help you.

Do you pay returns postage?

If the item is faulty, yes we do. Just include a receipt. 1st class only.

What if I have ordered the wrong thing?

Just return it and you will get the cost of the goods back, but not the postage.

What is the warranty period?

It is now 45 days.
