The Sim Card reader might create 2 main kinds of problems:

1. A problem during installation - in which the setup program asks for an "USB diskette" or a missing file. The solution for this problem is to send the customer the following file:

MissingFile/ser2pl.sys


And tell him to place it in the 

\Windows\System32\Drivers folder.


2. A "Connection error" - the solution to this problem is to tell the customer to install the: 

Driver1 

If that dosn`t work tell him to install the:

Driver2
